HORRIBLE Emergency Room staff!!! We took our 13 y/o to their ER with a shoulder injury. He was in complete AGONY, screaming in pain the whole time. The receptionist was more concerned with handing me a paper mask! We waited a good 1/2 hour in the near empty waiting room (NO TRIAGE AT ALL) until finally an extremely rude, incompasionte, tatted up male nurse (who told us to be patient - clearly no kids of his own!) pushed our son into room #2, where he waited and waited and waited, all while screaming in pain. A staff membe... read more

This place is awful, unorganized, rude and untruthful. They scheduled me for a procedure they don't even do. Charged me ahead of time in full after saying I only had to pay half at that time, totally wasted my time and health. After a dozen phone calls speaking to many rude and unhelpful employees my money still has not been refunded after 3 weeks now. ZERO STARS. Stay away and don't waste your time and money!!!!!!

I went there on 12/18 to get a mammogram and it was the worst experience of my life. The tech used me to train another radiologist on mammograms. I went there with some light redness under one breast and left bleeding from all the manipulation. The trainee had too take several images of the same breast because she could not position the breast right. They talked about my folds as if I was not there. When I politely asked to please get it right since I was under a lot of pain I was told by the technician I was nervous . I ... read more

Although the staff was polite and kind, our experience was not a pleasant one. The hospital is very dirty. It is, in fact the dirtiest hospital I’ve ever been in. Although my husband was cleared for same day surgery by his physician, the intake nurse insisted on taking more blood. When he asked her why since his surgery would be over before the results were back she sort of shrugged and proceeded to draw his blood. Although he was asked the same questions by at least 5 different people, there were still errors on his medi... read more

I and my wife have been treated at this facility many times over the last five years and I cannot find the words to fully describe the high degree of professionalism that we have experienced from this entire staff. The receptionists, nurses and entire staff are way beyond just professional, they are truly kind, caring and always helpful. We want to thank them and wish them all the best. Love you all: Rey Reino & Susan Jonkoski

My experience at Monmouth Medical was amazing. I was 4 days postpartum and was sent by my dr to the ER. After a long day and many hours in the ER i was admitted to a room @ 10:00 pm. I did not eat or drink all day and my husband was not allowed in due to covid. The nurses who greeted me in my room were exceptionally kind. They brought me everything I needed. Water, crackers, phone charger, toothbrush. & tooth paste & lots of blankets because my room was freezing. When the shifts switched and new nurses came they were also e... read more

The ER staff at Monmouth Medical Center conducts themselves in an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate manner while people suffering from COVID and other potentially life threatening afflictions await for extended periods of time in the waiting room area. The doctors and individuals whom manage the ER participate in this unethical, out of line behavior. Regardless of the increasing amount of complaints the hospital receives, not a thing is done to remediate the issue.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Seriously, its like these guys use a filtration system to get potential clients to either put up with their BS or give up on seeking mental health altogether. Very unprofessional. They leave voicemails cancelling appointments on a whim but give you no way whatsoever to contact a live person to reschedule. Instead you are subjected to leaving a voicemail and hoping they call you back. Spoiler alert, they don't.
