The staff is extremely nice! I've had my appointment rescheduled 4 times now because the doctor calls out coincidentally on the days my son has an evaluation!

This organization has by far the worst customer service and billing department I have ever experienced. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone from the billing department on the phone because for some reason the online payments that I have been making every month have not been posting to my statement. My balance has been reducing so I know they are posting. I have left messages every other day for everyone including the department manager and have still not received a call back. Must Read: Refill meds a Nightmare! Hospital itself is fantastic! Love the staff. However, trying to get a med refilled is a Nightmare! They need to implement a new method on getting your meds refilled. An online portal would be 10x better and more efficient then leaving a message for the refill department who Never returns your calls..even if there is an issue with your refill. Online Portal with a comment section please!! Other then that the hospital is great!
