Dr. Jean Baptiste is truly phenomenal. After struggling to find a pulmonologist who takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful care, I am extremely grateful to have found him. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about his office staff. The staff shows little compassion and their attitude is far from friendly or welcoming, which is especially concerning given that they work with children all day. You know it’s sad when the doctors are great but you can’t even get a phone call through to the office… I continue to get new message text messages sent to me but nobody will answer the phone call and when they do they hang up… I have an appointment coming up and I need to know what the messages involving my child who needs to see his specialist.

Dr. Baptiste was amazing, and honestly a fantastic Dr. to work with in both his practice and the hospital. However, the office needs a serious update, it's like you are walking into a Dr. office from the 70s and it just gives you a feeling of not getting great care even though you are.
