Dr. Alea has been seeing my son since he was 4 years old. He is incredibly kind and patient, and he truly listens to all of our concerns. He has helped my son so much over the years. My son is almost eleven now, and we still make the effort to see Dr. Alea whenever we travel back home, even after moving out of state.
My son been going to this place for years I asked the front desk to transfer me to a nurse because my son ain’t getting his right prescriptions and her name is Jessica I think she was rude and all I wanted to do was talk to someone regarding my sons meds he has a breathing tube placed and his meds are incorrect and she said I can’t transfer you bye and hung up the phone
When you arrive make sure the front desk checks you in. I waited over an hour with my daughter because I was told we were all set and checked in only to find out an hour later no one did their job. Sad situation I will not be returning to this place.
