RecommendedMy daughter had been to several other facilities an they were akin to prison with extremely short calls and visits. C.R.C. Is by far the Best place with professional competent caring staff. They are parent friendly, encouraging visits twice weekly that are 3hrs and allow phone calls during breaks and shift changes. Being able to talk w/my child is what helped tremendously with being able to bear being apart an yet stay focused on her treatment. Mary Basquine was her Therapist and she is AMAZING!!!! I definitely recommend this place. They may not have nice stuff like couches or comfortable beds but they do have very polite staff who are always there, great nurses, therapists who listen, and awesome doctors who will also listen. If you need help please send your kid herey your child will definitely get the help they need!
Unhelpful. Will never return. Also, consider hiring someone to answer the phone, that way if you can't help people, at least you can tell them that before they come up there.
The nurses and staff are trained in trauma awareness, they are supportive and imaginative in trying to help these kids. They really care about helping these kids in whatever way they need to succeed once they have recovered!
