Dr. Erin A. Loucks is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had! My son loves her. She is so completely understanding and sweet. I know I can ask her anything and not feel judged or silly. She has children herself and just gets it. She genuinely cares for my son. She takes all the time you need even though she is busy. I am so happy my friend recommended her to me. We LOVE Dr. Moore! He always answers all my questions, even if they are silly ones.
Every doctor is great and the staff are polished professionals that care for us and listen to us every time we call or visit! We couldn't imagine being with any other provider.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Drake at Children's Dundee. She honestly has the biggest heart for my children and I could not have them in better hands. She is so down to earth and so easy to talk to. Truly has a heart of gold. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding physician for your children.
Dr. Drake and her staff are awesome. She takes plenty of time with us and explains everything. Her nurse even sent my son a card telling him how well he did at his visit and how happy she was to see him. I feel like they really care about my son!
