RecommendedLove the office! The front desk is always very efficient and courteous. The nurses are so personable and very good with my kids. They have great hours for full time working parents, can always get us in quickly, and we never wait long. All of my kiddos love going and seeing “Dr. Mel” (Dr. St. Germain)! She is the BEST, can’t imagine going anywhere else and finding better care!!!
My two sons were treated by Laura Nielsen for 22 years. My oldest until he graduated from college at 23. The other was terminated without notice. Today, the staff was inept and condescending when I called to see why an inhaler request was ignored for 10 days. Don't stay too long!!
In the past I have had decent luck here but this last time was awful. I spent almost 5 hours there and the doctor was rude and condescending. I didn't ask you for your parenting advice about how my toddler sleeps. I asked you for medical evaluation. She finally came back in the room and had obviously been eating her dinner and completely forgot about us in the room. They were not that busy, 5 hours in the room was unacceptable.
