I loved the service the food was delicious and I felt like I received the help I needed and all the staff were super sweet and did there job correctly my Favorite Coach was Mrs Bonnie I’ll miss her she made me feel heard and honestly made me laugh a lot even though I was hurting deep down she super sweet and cool!!! And she made all the other kids I was with have a great time and experience!!!
This place was really helpful the staff is really kind and caring and they truly take there time to evaluate each patients needs to make a proper diagnosis instead of just throwing on labels i like how clean they kept the environment and how each unit gets there own area and I also liked how everything operated on a schedule, I was also at the php program and it was really good the staff there were very kind and caring and so were the doctors and nurse practitioner I highly recommend chkd.
I have tried to reach the nurse numerous times concerning my daughter and her wellness. It is impossible to reach anyone on the 11th floor. This is very concerning considering I have not been able to reach my daughter. Please figure out a way it’s possible to speak to someone without leaving a voicemail. I have left several with no return phone call!
