Great people, staff (coaches, nurses, OTs, etc.) were all very nice and did their best to help. Activities were good and educational; mainly centered around using coping skills and communication with people but also had freedom to do creative activities like art. The only complaint I have to make is PLEASE buy Spotify premium; I cannot bear to open TikTok anymore. (iykyk)
If you’re looking for viable solutions for real mental health concerns, this isn’t the place for you. Was handed a feelings thermometer and a host of other useless handouts and sent on my way. The mental health “professionals” at this facility are laughable.
I just had to come up here and show so much gratitude to the staff on the 4th floor as a new mom I'm always scared to let them know when I'm going through something because I never know what's going happen , my son has been going here since he has was a newborn and he is now 15 months. I told them what I was going through and they went above and beyond to help me and my son out of a very hard situation, soo supportive non judgemental and really persistent about my son and I well being and its not many doctors who care about ... read more
