I just had to come up here and show so much gratitude to the staff on the 4th floor as a new mom I'm always scared to let them know when I'm going through something because I never know what's going happen , my son has been going here since he has was a newborn and he is now 15 months. I told them what I was going through and they went above and beyond to help me and my son out of a very hard situation, soo supportive non judgemental and really persistent about my son and I well being and its not many doctors who care about ... read more

Most of it was great except for this one staff member who just ruined everything. When I was at my lowest I came here needing help and this lady named Keshia treated me like a brat! She would go on about how our parents are paying $4,000 a day for us to be there and called us ungrateful because we were too loud at breakfast. Also my friend knocked on the staff door so Keisha came out yelling “This isn’t a hotel if you need something just keep it to yourself because we have work to do too!” (She had to use the bathroom by the... read more
