Took my daughter for ENT evaluation (specifically scheduled with the MD) after a 3 month wait, drove 50 minutes from my home to get to this location. Got there 10 min before my appointment but only to wait 15 minutes to check in, 10 minutes in the wait area, then went back for vitals and we were roomed … 10-15 minutes later came a PA that rushed through questions … did a quick exam and said my daughter needed x-ray before she could see the MD… I said do I do that today? Today we had an appointment with Dr. Karen Woolman. I was very satisfied—thank you to her and her assistant for the attentive examination of my child.
It is a travesty that the facility located at 3023 Hamaker Court, Fairfax, VA is a Children's National location! One week post-op from cardiothoracic surgery and the patient's regular cardiologist was unavailable, so there was no other choice but to schedule with another Children's National outpatient center. This was the only location with an available appointment.
