We went to this place yesterday for my son’s genetic followup. The receptionist greeted us with an attitude saying that we were late. But we got there early for our 3PM appointment. She’s insisting that our appointment is for 2:30PM and not 3PM. I told her that I just went by the confirmation I received via email and text message. She’s very disrespectful. Dr. Regier is amazing! I dread taking my son to appointments at the main hospital because of how chaotic and busy it is. Today was so relaxed, and calm( EVEN IN THE PARKING GARAGE) I arrived super early and went to the Cafe for some coffee. Everything about this facility is great, even THE BATHROOMS. 😍😂
