If I had to describe their office in one word, I’d say FACTORY. If you like being treated like a number instead of a patient, or rudely turned away with 3 children for being 12 minutes past their 10 minute grace period… then this may be the place for you. Long wait times for drs, you have to call almost month in advance for an appt, most of the drs are pretty nice but that just doesn’t trump genuine care for me…. I’ll be finding a new dr for my children, one who may remember their names after 3/4 years.
always an unpleasant experience when calling to book an appointment. On the other hand doctors are good. I would suggest more training to call centre staff.
Dr. O'Brien is an excellent pediatrician. I highly recommend her.
We went to the CNPA Foggy Bottom for our son's six month check-up. The doctors were very kind in giving us advice!
