This practice and Dr. Cross in particular are amazing. She literally saved our baby’s life when he was less than a week old and called us multiple times over the weekend when he was in the NICU to check in on him and us. We couldn’t appreciate them more!
Dr. Brasch is excellent. I appreciate the thoroughness of her annual exams especially. It’s unusual to find a practice whose doctors spend so much time with their patients.
Dr Moore is the BEST. I love that the child, even a 3 year old, is her patient and she addresses *them* directly with so much skill and levity, wins their hearts every time. My daughter looks forward to seeing her even when there's shots coming. As a DO, she looks at the whole picture, understands research (most physicians don't), and is skilled at meeting you where your concerns are. The standard of care at CNPA is beyond compare. We were new to American Healthcare and did not know what to expect when we had our newborn. We went with Dr Moore on recommendation from another couple. Dr Moore is a blessing. She focuses totally on our baby and the appointments never feels rushed. We love the doctor but the practice asks you to fill out a form with ALL the information and more when before every appointment- like date if birch of child, parents, addresses, phone numbers and even questions like - have you ever run out of groceries and the like. It’s 15 minutes of mindless work before EVERY appointment. That’s the only reason we won’t stay with this practice for long.
