It’s A NICE GORGEOUS PLACE DONT GET ME WRONG .. ✅ But they just take wayyy too Long. I arrived @ 12:pm in the noon in advisory just to be waiting the entire day for an appt all the way until 7 In the evening night time to be seen?????? Idk about this place 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️ They just can’t get the job done! Same goes for the ROCKVILLE OUTPATIENT MEDICAL CLINIC DC METRO AREA…….they take way too long.. people have emergencies 24/7 and no one should have to suffer…. The parents/guardians are worried sick…. For this to be an emergency room, they sure move slow. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
Honestly my experience in the ER is mixed. Pros Doctors are just top notch. They know what they are doing and amazing bed side manners. Bringing by son to ER for surgery I was worried but after meeting the doctor. I was relaxed. You have to credit where credit is due. Cons - Cleanliness - behavior of the front office people (I know they deal with hundreds of patients coming in everyday but they shouldn’t forget all the parents coming in worried because their kids had an accident and they are in emergency. Long wait times but well worth it. The doctors are very thorough and won’t discharge your child until they have run every test. You can go home with peace of mind but just be prepared for a long experience and a lack of beds.
