Avoid if possible. One of the slowest, most unprofessional ERs we have ever been to. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand things taking longer than usual and certain emergencies taking priority, but this experience was unacceptable. I honestly had an amazing experience here. Excluding the stress I had from actually being in the hospital, I had had a very stressful and draining day. But my nurses were amazing and I appreciated them very much. They made me feel like I wasn't at a hospital if you know what I mean, they relaxed me a lot. The entire situation felt completely inhumane and unacceptable. My child came in struggling to breathe and ended up going home with neck pain from sitting in an uncomfortable chair all night. The only explanation we were given was that the hospital was “busy,” yet I ... read more
