Thankful for the prompt care we got when our 16 year old exchange student needed emergency care. Special shoutout is needed for the Trauma Tech Tana who went above and beyond to make her feel safe, calm her down, and came back to check in with a juice and to help by taking her IV out get her home faster when the ER was slammed. She was a bright spot in a tough day.
By far the WORST medical attention I have ever experienced. We have waited for more than 4 hours and never seen a doctor. It is absolutely ridiculous that a hospital that is supposed to take care of kids is this bad. This is the healthcare of children! Take some responsibility and accountability! Shame on you!!!!
Emergency room waiting time is 6 hours or more. Evening.and night. Can be 9 hours some nights. Crowded. Sick children cough, vomit (at least there are bags for that). Waiting time is uncertain, you cant leave which requires sick children and parents to wait all night sleepless in the waiting room. There is bottled water if you are smart to find it. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas 🤦♀️de verdad pésimo lugar. Si tienes intención de venir aquí mejor no pierdas tu tiempo . Vine con mi bebé que está enfermo ,y nadie hace algo por atenderlo se supone q es sala de emergencias y te deberían de atender lo más pronto posible pero es absolutamente todo lo contrario, jamás regresaré a este lugar
