Saved my life
This was my experience: 1. Arrived there 2. Register Kid 3. Wait to be called ( 10-15mins) 4. Triage nurse check vitals. 5. Send you to wait-room again ans you have to wait they assign you a “team” 6. Wait 2H 7. Go in to another waiting room/stations. 8. New “doctor” to ask questions and check vitals again ( Doing the same job as the triage nurse). 9. Wait for the doctor to bring the “robot” and to find gloves and a tongue depressor. 10. they’re the worst
It’s A NICE GORGEOUS PLACE DONT GET ME WRONG .. ✅ But they just take wayyy too Long. I arrived @ 12:pm in the noon in advisory just to be waiting the entire day for an appt all the way until 7 In the evening night time to be seen?????? Idk about this place 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️ They just can’t get the job done! Same goes for the ROCKVILLE OUTPATIENT MEDICAL CLINIC DC METRO AREA…….they take way too long.. people have emergencies 24/7 and no one should have to suffer…. The parents/guardians are worried sick….
