Trash they lie about your wait time and see everyone that comes after you because they feel like your child isn't sick enough to be seen before the ppl she was there before..I cant wait for them to shut down
My family was visiting from New York. My 5 year old fell and split his lip near the Supreme Court so we ended up here. We found the staff friendly, the service prompt, and the quality of care high. We are very appreciative of the team there and the care they provided.
We brought my son here after a head injury. They got us a room within 10-15 min on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was so kind and gentle. I particularly appreciated how patient the doctors and PAs and nurses were with answering my questions. They heard what I asked and explained all the pros and cons clearly and patiently. I am grateful that have been so thorough and fast. This had been a much better experience than any urgent care I've been to
