My son had an EEG completed here. Office staff were very helpful in helping me find where I needed to be as this was a first time visit for me. My son was terrified of the EEG process despite watching videos online to help prepare him as best as possible. The medical staff were so patient, understanding, and empathetic throughout the procedure which helped an already difficult experience for him.
I've been with a child after the take over or switch and had a wonderful experience
This place was terrible for us. It was miscommunication and computer system errors with every encounter we had with them, and every staff member used the excuse “we’re new” and “we’re still working out the bugs”. As of oct/nov of 22’ I would recommend a different health care provider for any child that requires any sort of urgency.
