Whenever I go there they treat me very well, but if I try to contact them by phone they always hang up on me.

Go elsewhere if possible. Been trying to schedule my son’s radiology appointment for weeks and it’s constantly them claiming to have never received it even though my doctor has sent it multiple times now to them. The lack of care on their part to get this scheduled is actually so disappointing in children’s hospital. Not to mention being hung up on when calling to try to get this figured out.

Dr. Bishop is amazing! He explained things thoroughly and really understood my daughter's condition. He wasn't pushy but gentle and caring! Two nurses really stood out as well. Ella and Allie really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I do have to call out the food service though. I got a free tray for nursing. But every time it was just horrid. I was really disappointed but just ended up ordering out. Lol. Overall I still give it 5 stars just because of the wonderful care they gave my daughter! A+... read more
