Long wait for walk-ins.
The Doctors and Nurses are patient, compassionate, friendly and understanding. We have never had difficulty arranging our next appointment (s) or getting in when needed. You have to go thru Children's Mercy Scheduling. My teen is finally getting relief after years of having migraines.
This place is pathetic. only open 8a-3p monday-friday which is ridiculous if it's supposed to help kids who get headaches. I've called 4x during their office hours last 3 months and have never received callback same-day or seen anyone. seems like a SCAM even though it's part of children's mercy.
Question: do kids only get headaches Monday thru Friday? Not last time I checked!!
