Just spoke to a female receptionist with a (Spanish?) accent on the phone - insanely nasty from start to end. Not moving forward with the practice due to the nasty tone and attitude. One example of several: she kept insisting my daughter doesn't have insurance (she does). I'm positive the receptionist was inputting the number incorrectly because she kept rudely cutting me off as I tried to say the full ID number. Yesterday, I had to wait for literally an hour with my one-month-old newborn unclothed. I asked the staff if my baby could wear clothes while waiting, but they refused. During the time she started coughing and got mucus. I feel really bad and upset.
I love Children’s Med Group. They always make efficient visits, they get you in quick, and Dr. Shu is an excellent provider who knows our child well and has guided us through all of the changes from newborn to toddler.
We absolutely love Dr Shu, her professionalism and her expertise. She's an amazing Pediatrician.
