I am not sure if the issues we experienced were poor communication between staff or just ineptitude. It was a complete headache that I will avoid by taking my 5 children elsewhere.
I cannot recommend Dr. Neuwirth.
Staff is friendly however I would arrive 20 minutes after appointment. Appointments are always delayed and never at the time they say.
We love this place. Dr Maxcey is very thorough and the staff is friendly. They have regular and sick apts that are separated so no one gets sick there's a waiting room for just sick. It's located near the hospital which is great. Providers are great with kids gentle and patient. Would recommend if you're looking for a new pediatrician. They are accepting new patients. Take majority of insurance including ahcccss
