I have to leave this review with 1 star based off my most recent experience. I hate Dr.Susan Vargo retired she was my pediatrician, my children's and my very first granddaughters. She made sure she asked about everyone(my kids) during appointments even when they weren't present. We recently had to see a new Dr there I wasn't aware of do to an injury my daughter received in 11/1 and I won't say his name it wasn't any of the Dr's with a longer tenure they're great especially Dr. Hackenberg. Absolutely love this office. They have some of the best pediatric providers I have ever dealt with there. Our favorite is their NP Joe who gets us right in and really takes genuine care of my kids like they were his own. My kids get excited to go to the doctor.
I took my son for a wellness visit, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely friendly; they attended to us right away and made my husband, my son, and me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ángela Medincic is very kind and professional. She left no loose ends, and my son loved her—so did we. We would definitely return whenever necessary, confident that we will receive proper care.
