If zero stars were available that’s what you would get! The women who answer the phone are the nastiest of nasty I have ever dealt with. I called and asked if I could pick up my sons shot records and she said I had to sign a release and I said ok so I have to sign a release for my own sons dox she said yes so I said ok she said it will then be 24 hours but most likely THIRTY days before you’ll get the shot records so I asked does that mean my son can’t start school for 30 days which was just a question. Terrible receptionist she should be FIRED!
The older woman at the front desk probably is her mid to late 40s who answers the phones regularly is extremely disrespectful. I am pulling my 4 kids from this doctors office even though the doctors are dedicated, the front desk however is trash!
Probably the worst receptionist at any doctors office I’ve ever seen.
The STAFF that answer the phone should be terminated! My daughter was talked to like a dog while I was in the car on speaker phone. The lady lashed out at my daughter for asking a question and we have read many many reviews where patients say the front desk women are OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE!!!! Please please do your practice a favor and do damage control and get rid of her!
