Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

At the advise of our pediatrician we took our chronically ill 5 yr old to the hospital last night. Our Dr. called ahead requesting admission. When we arrived the registration and triage process began and we were eventually taken into "the asthma" room and put into an open cubicle type situation. No bed just a chair. Here we could see and hear registration come in and verify the private personal information of each patient. This is a medical Resort for kids!!!...����..my baby is doing better health wise love the staff and playfull amenities!!
Through out the whole process everything has been amazing. The staff are such great people and their hospitality is out of this world. Many people said we would love this place and they were right great place for children who are sick. The love shown was out of this world.
We were transported to the 5th floor in the C building from another ER. The staff here has been phenomenal. I'm incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and patient care.
Doctors did not care that my daughter has been sick for two weeks with fever. Did same test as her family Dr. They failed to read them right and sent her home. They refused to listen to her history or call her family Dr. To get their test results. Which was the reason we were sent there. They told me that I should be greatful that my daughter doesn't have cancer and take her home. Very upset with this hospital and their total lack of interest in helping my daughter.
