I brought my daughter here for a cut on her finger. They offered a tdap vaccine and we declined. I received the bill and we were charged for the vaccine and the administration of the vaccine. Now I’m getting the run around from billing to get it removed and I called the office and they said it clearly states in the notes we declined the vaccine but “thats just the way they bill for it” and I said that seems pretty scammy and the person hung up on me. Great place for specialty care
(THE ARCH INFECTIOUS DISEASE) Both times we went for an on going issue never had specific answers or treatment . Not organized with important medical records.The second time we went didnt even touch the patient the so call Specialist just sat on a chair and informed us the same information we were told on the first visit.
