RecommendedWe came to Dallas all the way from Mississippi to deliver my son who was born with a severe congenital heart defect. I am so thankful for the staff that took care of my sweet baby boy. We had an amazing experience and I met some of the sweetest, most compassionate people along the way! So thankful for everyone we encountered. ❤️

RecommendedHad to take my 6 year old grand daughter to the ER on Friday. She fell at school and busted her mouth on a desk and needed stitches. The staff, nurses,PA,and the doctor where absolutely amazing. They told her everything they where doing and kept her from being upset!! I recommend this hospital to all parents with kids under the age of 18 that need emergency care. I know where my grand babies will go if needed. Thank you again for an amazing job.
Amazing nurses, everybody was so helpful and patient. My daughter had to get stitches on her lip and they made it so comfortable for her. Our experience couldn’t have gone better! Thank you to the nurses and drs in the ER ❤️

I attempted to share my daughter’s experience in your plano ER on the website but the form wouldn’t submit. I tried to call guest relations with no answer. I have an email I’d like to share about the events that occurred in your ER. All I can say here is thank God my husband and I are healthcare professionals. Thankfully we did not go home and accept your physician’s plan of care or lack thereof. If we had we would be having an even more grim conversation. Recommended1999 my daughter Jazmon was flown from Lubbock tx with a ventricular septal defect..she was given immediate attention and 21 years later, she is thriving, pregnant and healthy..2019 my grandson was flown from Lubbock tx here for a heart infection..He is progressing as I speak..love you guys. you're amazing 🙏🏽💪🏾💙
