My daughter was misdiagnosed in June 2019. They said she had conversion disorder. That it was all in her head. But guess what, 3 months later, she had to be put on a vent due to respiratory distress. Her little diaphragm stopped working. She could not swallow. We were rushed to Oschner LSU in Shreveport, La. She was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. Now she is taking meds, and getting her treatments every month. My kid is not crazy. She was not seeking attention. She was actually sick w an autoimmune disorder. Children’s Pla... read more

Keep the trains in the lobby area! Pay attention to what the children and families want, not what brings in more money for you! Shame on you for even thinking of doing this!

Removing the trains shows that the leadership of this hospital doesn’t care about the patients (kids) well being. Stupid Starbucks? Really? Kids don’t need coffee, they need trains! Pull your heads out of your 4th point of contact.

Because they are ignoring the wishes of the patients and parents by removing the train room. Why in the hell are you removing a much beloved train set and putting in a very unhealthy high costing fru fru faux coffee place? Why do you need a Panera's bread there also??? Instead of thinking of the patients Children's Hospital got $$$ in their eyes.

they're taking the trains out that all the kids look forward to just so they can put a Starbucks in. Such a sad decision.
