Staff is absolutely amazing here! Very professional and speedy. The cafeteria food is actually quite good as well - a nice change relative to most hospitals.

Dr. George is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He is such a wonderful physician. Our last ER visit was a bad one. I don’t like how we were talked down to. The whole visit felt like it was an issue that we came to er although we were literally directed to do so by pulmonologist. From the nurse to both the dr’s. Not a good experience. My son was give an emergency injection due to being steroid dependent. Pharmacy was very rude and refused to give me a syringe to inject the medication with. I called to make an appointment with a pediatric urologist. Gave them all my info including insurance info. They said they were in network. A few weeks after we see the Dr we get a bill in the mail for the full amount as insurance didn't cover anything because come to find out they are actually out of network. The billing department has been zero help with rectifying this. The Dr. we seen was great. Five stars for the Dr but zero stars for the pre registration department and the billing department.

This place is terrible, the staff are all walking talking nightmares .. everything here is ... Seriously the entirety of it.
