We love Dr. Wulf, Nurse Morgan, and all of the team at Children’s Medical! The care we receive is thorough and Dr. Wulf always listens to my concerns and offers the best advice. I never feel rushed and my kids always feel comforted when they visit. Our family is so grateful to have found this exceptional level of medical support for our children!
Experience with the Billing department has been awful. I had my daughter back in June and my daughter was covered under my insurance during time of stay following birth. Fast-forward to December 21, I just now am getting a letter in the mail from this office for the VERY FIRST TIME stating that I owe money by Christmas Day otherwise they will be forwarding me to collections and will affect my credit score. I have never once heard from this office until nearly 6 months after date of service. This should all have been resolved... read more
Called the billing department multiple times this past week, and it always went straight to voicemail. I received one call back that I couldn't answer while at work. I've called again and have not heard back. It would be nice to have another form of communication, or just faster response times.

Each time my family walks into CMC we are greeted by a friendly Miss Kathy and the front desk staff. The nurses are so kind and gentle - Debbie and Morgan are very thorough. Nurse Kelly in the lab is so very precious and so very patient with my kids. Nikki and Dr Wulf are the best providers and always advocate for their patients. Jennifer, the office manager, keeps everything moving and is the most patient with any concerns or questions.
