The doctors are good, but the office staff is horrible. Often rude and wait times are unreasonable. I have waited for two hours several times and was even forgotten about. The office staff will kill this practice.
Nicole was great. Staff was nice. Excited for their palm coast location to open up! As a new patient we had a good experience, no complaints. She (the NP) was thorough with my daughters physical and very nice :)
