Awesome place! Always able to work us in when we had a concern. Even on the silly stuff being new parents. Dr. Darby saved our son's life right after birth by recognizing very subtle concerns. His quick actions and determination to find the cause is the reason we have a funny outgoing almost 3 year-old today. We have been going to CMC for over 13 years. Today, the office showed their true colors - GREEN. CMC used to be a caring place that would help their patients, but no more. My daughters insurance was canceled due to an error in the system (On the computer). All the billing office had to do was call the insurance office to verify that yes, she was still covered, but they did not and would not do so. They advised that I can pay out of pocket to the tune of $300 to $400 (after the tests they would run) and they may reimburse. Co... read more
I love Dr Parker and her nurses. We have been going to the greenville office for the last 4 years!!
The doctors did not seem to be interested in answering any of the questions my wife and I asked them about our newborn son. The billing department has billed us three times for the same appointment and does not acknowledge being paid. After only a handful of visits, we decided to switch practices. I would suggest looking elsewhere for pediatric care. Edit: After speaking with the billing department, the questions about bills have been cleared up. The billing statements were unclear as to what had been credited and when.
Great front staff n pediatricians!!!Never have a long wait.
