RecommendedEverything from the friendly staff when I walk in to the well kept (and separate well and sick) waiting areas to our INCREDIBLY patient and talented pediatrician, Dr. Shannon James, is nothing short of a blessing for this working mom. I could't ask for a more professional, easy to access, and well run office to take my daughter to.
this is the place where you want the professionals take care of your children. this. is just an awesome place. Highly recommended!!!
All three of our children have been under CMC’s care since birth and we have nothing but excellent experiences! They can always see us and they have gotten to know our children and family and truly seem to care!
I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Parker since she was 3 days old (so over 3 1/2 years now!). She has always answered any questions thoroughly. Her nurse, Jennifer, is SO sweet! Reception always manages to squeeze us in, even if it’s been a last minute, same-day appointment. I had to bring my daughter in for a same-day appointment when Dr. Parker was off and was seen by Dr. Bass who was also super professional and helpful. I’ve never had any issues with the Greenville office and will continue to take my daughter here!
It is great that they will see sick children on the weekend. Sometimes it is harder to get there during the week.
***Edit to my original review. I am willing to change my review of the doctors in this practice after Dr. Bass took the time from his day to have a personal 30 minute conversation with me about my experience which I really appreciate and shows a level of care and concern not evident in the office staff. I am waiting on full resolution to the matter but I am hopeful doctors will be reasonable. I still say the office manager is a liability to this practice but I am hopeful the doctors will do the right thing as Dr. Bass has ex... read more
I just Dr. Whittenburg hut when he moved to the Greer office my son switched to Dr. DeMoss and I just love them. I have a child who has many allergies to a whole lot of foods,animals and even environmental things. They’re great with his care.
All 3 of my boys have seen Dr. Bass their entire lives, and Dr. Bass was actually mine and my husbands doctor when we were teens which is why we picked him! His nurse is AWESOME! She’s very relatable seeing as she’s a boy mom too, and my kids love her! My toddler laughs the entire time he’s there (even after shots), my oldest is super shy and she never fails to get him to talk to her, my middle son is GOOFY but they love him there. Lauren Cates is beyond great. She excels in knowledge of the profession but more importantly her compassion to help all is above all else what amazes me.
