We went to get my daughter's sleep study results-- and as always, we knew we were in the best hands in Vegas for my daughter's care. Dr.Nakamura cracks my daughter up every time, and she laughs so hard she forgets it's a "doctor's" visit.
We absolutely love it here, Ryan Yoshikawa has been great to us since my daughter became a patient at their office.
We love Dr. Nakamura and feel completely safe under his care. His support staff is also very kind and competent.
The doctor's and staff are very kind and professional. The problem is their billing department, I suggest you hire competent people. They fail to mail or text you about your statement. They send a final warning when they did not bother to inform of any outstanding balances. When confronted with facts they get defensive and have a nasty tone and attitude. If you have no clue about billing or customer service look for another job!
