Decided I needed to write a review because after dealing with my child's other specialists and their lack of care/lack of compassion, I had to give a massive shout out to Children's Lung Specialist. First of all, my child dislikes doctors and the nurses who assess children. Every nurse was super nice and kind to my child. They encouraged her during the breathing test and allowed her redoes when needed. Dr. Nakamura is great in my experience, and if this were a review of just him I’d probably give him a 4 or 5. Unfortunately, this is a review for the establishment as a whole, and, like several other reviews have mentioned, the people working at the front desk are terrible. I can’t remember her name, but one lady in particular was consistently rude and, for reasons beyond me, one time even refused to believe my doctor asked me to schedule a follow up appointment, and I had to stand there for a while trying to convince her th... read more

The scheduler / front desk girl trash. They called me to reschedule my sons appointment that we’ve already waited two months for, only to be told we have to wait another two months to be seen in December. I understand it’s not the schedulers fault and it’s the doctors since they won’t be there, but the scheduler should be more compassionate when a client is expressing there frustration, especially coming from a mother with a sick child waiting to be seen for MONTHS. & Before even confirming my appointment with me, she hung ... read more

The doctor who is taking care of my child is great. The SCHEDULER though is completely unprofessional!! She ALWAYS has an attitude, is always short with everyone, doesn't watch her tone. She NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Because of people like that, makes many of us find a different place to take our children to.

Worst front desk staff. parking is an absolute disaster here. Showed up early to my daughters appt just to be pulled back 2 mins before her appt time to be told they will triage and sit us back in the lobby with no eta on when the provider could see us. MA rolled her eyes multiple times and had an attitude would never recommend.
