I've been taking my son to CLDC for two years now and our experience has been excellent. My son is 5, has ASD, and a speech delay. He visits the center for both occupational therapy and speech therapy. The therapists and the therapy environment is incredible. Every staff member is helpful and warm. Our experience has been very positive. Carly is incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She knows how to connect with my son and makes him feel at ease, which is not easy. She adjusts her approach to meet his needs and encourages him gently. We have seen lots of progress over time, and I am so grateful for her support and care! We also worked with Tina and Megan. They are also amazingly good therapists!
My 3 year old has been going to speech and OT at CLDC for 8 months now. We absolutely adore his therapists and he receives excellent care. I am able to be involved in every session as well as receive support as a parent. My son is thriving. He is able to communicate his needs and wants, he is social and wants to interact with children and adults, and has become so engaging in the world around him. My now 7yo has been coming to CLDC for about 5 years now. Such caring therapists who we consider as family. Tina has walked us through the ASD diagnosis through the school district, helping us find our little one's voice (verbally & non-verbally through AAC), while honoring her spirit, personality, and uniqueness.
