Dr. DuPont was unprofessional, period. I brought my child in on Tuesday, 18 November around 0930. They tested him for flu and COVID, and sure enough, he had COVID. She stated and I quote “ I normally give kids who test positive for Covid a week off, but I will give him until Thursday and he can return Friday if he’s not feeling well by Thursday. Office staff rude as hell.: hard to get into see doctors.. always need a referral from pcps even after initially being diagnosed by this doctor.. absolutely crazy.. i wouldn’t recommend these folks
I've been taking my 2 boys to Patrick Duggar since his father retired (my boys seen his father prior to this). My husband and I will never take our boys anywhere else again. Patrick cares deeply for his patients. He takes time with each of them. He knows what he is doing (I speak from experience! We have gotten a second opinion and we did see other specialists during the lapse between his fathers retirement and finding out that Patrick was in the practice)! I would give Dr. Dugger 5 stars, but the other staff, especially those that deal with the codes and phone numbers for the monthly mandatory zoom meetings, I'd give negative stars if I could. Check regularly and make sure they have the right phone number and don't suddenly change your area code from 228 to a random number, so you get the up to date codes. We were assured TWICE today that we had the right meeting, and to wait. Well, we waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS and when I called the THIRD time, then someone finally took the ... read more
