Office staff rude as hell.: hard to get into see doctors.. always need a referral from pcps even after initially being diagnosed by this doctor.. absolutely crazy.. i wouldn’t recommend these folks
I've been taking my 2 boys to Patrick Duggar since his father retired (my boys seen his father prior to this). My husband and I will never take our boys anywhere else again. Patrick cares deeply for his patients. He takes time with each of them. He knows what he is doing (I speak from experience! We have gotten a second opinion and we did see other specialists during the lapse between his fathers retirement and finding out that Patrick was in the practice)! I would give Dr. Dugger 5 stars, but the other staff, especially those that deal with the codes and phone numbers for the monthly mandatory zoom meetings, I'd give negative stars if I could. Check regularly and make sure they have the right phone number and don't suddenly change your area code from 228 to a random number, so you get the up to date codes. Dr DuPont has been great with all my children. She’s very knowledgeable and caring. She’s treated me and my children very nicely since we’ve been going here. She’s also bilingual! The PA is also very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my questions about breastfeeding and colic. The medical assistant is definitely my favorite with a bubbly personality and I highly recommend them. Patrick Dugger was absolutely incredible with my little boy through his assessment and diagnosis process. He really took his time with him and listened to both of us, and I truly felt like my concerns were heard and validated. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being, and he's going to tailor his approach so that your child has the tools to thrive.
