This pediatricians office is horrible to say the least! It’s been one problem after another and, no communication between staff and doctors, and they are rude and insensitive. Your child will never see the same doctor or even the same few doctors, and you can tell they are there to get a paycheck and go home. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
It took over two months to find out that my sons lab results were in. Never received a call from the office regarding the results and come to find out the office never even scanned his results into his chart until I called to verify!
Impossible to get an appointment, mailbox is always full, THEY NEVER ANDWER THE PHONE!
Furious!! I called the office numerous times today and left two voicemails for a the MA to call me back. Called back and the message said closed for the day. Unreal!!!!!
Sad that it takes 2 and a half hours for my daughter who had an appointment to see a doctor.
