My kids have been going here for 8 yea4a and I have never had an issue getting appointment even if they are last minute! Always a super friendly staff and very informative!
CIC has been our pediatric practice of choice since the birth of our seven year old. We have never regretted our decision! My two children have grown up with CIC's nurturing and loving staff. We always know that they are available when we need support or care. We have had nothing but great experiences at CIC for the past 5 years. All of the NPs have patiently answered questions, some of which I felt neurotic for asking. We love CIC as do our sons.
We have been seeing Dr. Pappas and the staff for 17 years. I couldn't be happier with the level of service we have received. They have been helpful, convenient, pleasant and very professional since my daughter was a baby. Scheduling is fast and convenient, and the wait is never bad. Information is plentiful, straightforward and very helpful. I've been taking my kids here for close to 20 yrs. I went to school with Dr Pappas. Mike is one of the most genuine, competent, caring people I've ever known. Everyone who we've ever dealt with in the office has been nothing short of awesome. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
