We have been seeing the NP's and Dr Pappas since my twin's were born in 2012. They were always patient with my many after hour phone calls during the first year of my twin's life which included a couple of hospital visits for my son that had breathing issues. I always felt they gave their full attention and they never made me feel like a crazy first time mom. I highly recommend them to every new (or not so new) mom or dad!
We have been with This practice for 6 years. CIT has Compassionate doctors & nurse practitioners. I can call at all hours of the night & receive a live on-call clinician. They get us in for sick appointments almost always - I think 1 out of 20 times they haven't been able to accommodate. Great practice & highly recommend.
We love CIC!!!!! We have been taking our child to this practice for 14 years. They are very knowledgeable!!! They are kind and caring and treat my son with dignity and respect!!!!
Absolutely wonderful practice. As parents of two children Shelbey age 7 and Tyler age five we have only experienced prompt and courteous treatment when needed! Thanks again CIC for a job well done
We have been bringing both our children to CIC since our oldest was born. At each well or sick visit, I always feel that the practitioner takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed or dismissed. They take the time to answer questions or just chat for a moment during the exam. This is the kind of individual attention you can expect from each staff member. I've been bringing my children to this office for about 5 years now. I've recommended them to other friends as well. The entire staff is great, I particularly appreciate Michelle for always being so thorough and even following up on a Sunday morning because my daughter was so sick on a Friday.
I have been bringing my children here for over 14 yrs. Dr. Pappas is a great Dr. and maintains an excellent staff. Very professional and down to earth people work in this office. I wouldn't dream of taking my kids anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
Always friendly and professional. They were even able to get forms I need signed the same day!! My children have always been well cared for with CIC!!
My kids have been patients at this practice since my oldest was 10 months old and she is now 11 years old. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I would not want any other pediatric office caring for my children as this practice is the best in Toledo or Sylvania. We appreciate you taking care of our family so well.
