SCAM.....Terrible. I should have read the reviews. First let me say Jess Sanchez is great. She should be working somewhere better than here. Billing is terrible. Everything is Virtual so you can't speak to anyone in billing face to face. The receptionist is nice but her hands are tied. They said they took IBH. My co pay was $10, the charged me $20. Then they submitted it through regular insyrance not mental health. I let the overcharge slide then i got hit with a $200 bill!! I left numerous messages about this. Started out s... read more
