SCAM.....Terrible. I should have read the reviews. First let me say Jess Sanchez is great. She should be working somewhere better than here. Billing is terrible. Everything is Virtual so you can't speak to anyone in billing face to face. The receptionist is nice but her hands are tied. They said they took IBH. My co pay was $10, the charged me $20. Don't waste your time! CICS sells you on the fact that they are a "one stop shop" but don't be fooled parents! Everyone at this place appears to be nice when you have your intake meeting, however it will not take you long to notice the change in demeanor. My family dealt with very rude and condescending staff. Bills being sent to us with another child's personal and confidential information on it, scheduling my children for an appointment and then telling us that they allowed their employee to leave for the day as soon as we... read more
Unproffessional/untrustworthy DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME! When CICS first opened, the nurse/receptionist assured me that they accepted my insurance and asked for detailed information keeping me on the phone at least a half hour. I told her that I was thrilled to get an appointment so soon since it's" impossible"to get one with a good adolescent psychiatrist in our area. When we arrived at our after work/school 5:00 appointment, we were turned away by the same nurse saying that they don't accept our insurance.I remained polite des... read more
Horrible Scam I would never bring my child back. Don't be smoked by the nice facility. That's about all it has to offer. Summary of issues: 1. Wait time - Over an hour to meet with a nurse who does the intake new patient paperwork. 2. Intake new patient paperwork already was supplied to the office but the nurse asked the same exact questions (in addition to the previous nurse who asked the questions when vitals were recorded as well as the receptionist who took the call to schedule).
