I'm writing a second review because it is worth sharing. I find it deplorable that the counselors and clinicians prescribing medication do not inform parents of teens of medication changes and tell the parent they have no say over the medication they prescribe because of the CHILD'S age. They even lie about the addictive nature of medication and rather than attacking the root of the issue, medicate it. Again without parent input. But when it comes time to send you a bill, there is no issue of communication.

So far I have been very happy with my experience. The office people are very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. I can see at least one of the 5 star reviews comes from an employee of the practice. Trust the 1 star reviews. The inconsistencies between clinicians, lack of communication with parents, sometimes outright dishonesty with parents, lack of clinical boundaries with teen patients (no they are not your friends that is inappropriate), unpreparedness for inefficient zoom calls, are all concerns here.

Billing and insurance department is horrible. They are billing my insurance instead of daughters for three months

Never followed through on recent diagnosis and only wanted to pass meds. Refused to call back even though the reason for the visit was explained. When they did call back they were back peddling! Guess the lawer are getting involved now. If you want help without meds do NOT go here. Next call is to the board
