After COVID 19, pediatric department is no longer the same. Impossible to get someone to answer the phone or messages through MyChildren’s portal. You speak to the primary care about your child’s health and request test and referrals, they try to brush it off and to convince you it is not necessary. You really have to insist for what you are requesting. They tons listen to your worries and concerns. Too bad that health care has become a business corporation interested in profit rather that good quality and preventive care.
