The employee who work in patient family housing at The Bon are out of their minds, the building is over crowded and dirty. Save yourself the stress and don’t use this place.
These are amazingly kind, hard working, and thoughtful people. They are extremely quick in their responses to questions, did a fantastic job in general communication and explaining things, and they're very accommodating. I don't know what we would have done as a family given we're from out of state and needed a place for the whole family. We stayed at the Bon, which was PERFECT location, set up, etc. Janis and others there were wonderful!
Everyone in this town has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and loved. The employees of the Bon where we are staying are kind, compassionate, and just a wonderful bunch. The employees who work for the family housing on the 7th floor of the Bon seem to take pleasure in doing everything in their power to be nasty. They gloated and basically called us morons for scheduling our sons heart procedure during a week where the Res Sox were playing at home.
