I would give zero stars if I could. I waited 3 months for an appointment just for the doctor to say that my daughter's incontinence is behavioral with no tests, no nothing. What a waste of time.
We had an excellent experience with radiology and pediatric urology! Our 1 year old was previously cared for by CHKD since birth, but we met today for a 2nd opinion with Dr Herndon. He was absolutely amazing! It’s the first time we left one of our son’s appointments feeling heard, and there wasn’t a hard push for unnecessary surgery. We had such a great experience. I wish we had made the switch sooner. We live almost 2 hours away, but it’s totally worth it!
Our appointment was for Pediatric Urology at Stony Point on August 18. The ultrasound prior to her appointment went very well except for about 20 minute wait. The ladies at the front desk in the doctor's office were very nice, professional. Until we had to wait over an hour for the doctor in the exam room, it was good. When the doctor came in she explained things reasonably well although she was hard to understand. We waited 2 hours to be seen for a appointment made, we were charged a "no show fee" for a appointment we DID NOT make, They told me they would send a prescription in for my son which the pharmacy NEVER received, they do not answer the phones i cannot believe my pediatrician recommended them. They are awful and extremely unprofessional. When we finally were examined the doctor was interrupted in the middle of seeing us and did not return for another 30 minutes.
