Do not come to this location if you have a baby that has a little bruise on her arm they will not let you take your child home and think that you're doing child abuse they don't inform anybody anything they keep you in the dark for like several hours even if you're already involved with cyf they won't even inform cyf what's going on this place is unprofessional somebody needs to come into this location and recheck everybody because they're not doing their jobs right even cyf thinks this is very unprofessional

As a transgender 20 year old living in pennsylvania I'm absolutely horrified to hear how this hospital has treated it's transgender patients who require treatment for not just gender dysphoria, but also to manage extreme menstrual cramping. This is not okay by any means and anyone who is going to seek treatment here, I would advise you approach with caution. Protect transgender kids!
I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. My son has been very sick. Keeps getting hit with more and more and no one is willing to help us. Our pediatrician is great but they can only do so much. So we got told go to children’s hospital they will help you. Well we were wrong. Before we even got our test results back they just sent us home. Unfortunately, we have been to several different hospitals with our child, who is type 1. This hospital has great staff(and I really mean everyone,from the doctors and nurses to the cafeteria people to the admissions team) ; they are friendly, yet knowledgeable and you can tell they that take their vocation seriously. (It’s a subtle, but Important distinction from other facilities) The food is actually good, too! Parking is tough, though.
