The building is really clean, workers are really nice and you don’t wait long
Unfortunately and surprisingly very disappointed in the staff. There was no compassion or kindness.
My daughter broke her arm on Monday. We went to a local hospital but she needed surgery so she was transferred to CHOP. Best decision we ever made. The doctors were amazing (dr Lawrence and Michael). The nurses were amazing. Too many to name. The anesthesiologist was amazing. The receptionists were amazing. So many smiles, everyone was so friendly. They really helped turn a terrible situation into a comfortable experience. Thank you CHOP.
