My 14 month old daughter had a pretty bad slip and fall and my experience at UMC Peds ER was really reassuring. From the thorough triage experience with RN Gabby, we were roomed right away. Dr. Norozian preformed a detailed and developementally appropriate exam and I felt so reassured. She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and made sure we got appropriate medical care. Had to take my 11y/o to the ER last night and was very delighted with the service we received at UMC. The doctors and the nurses were very nice and attentive. Orders were carried out efficiently (my daughter has Sickle Cell Anemia so there are lots of things to consider when caring for her) and we were surprisingly in and out pretty quick with no stones left unturned. I would definitely trust them with her care if needed again.

Best hospital experience ever. kind nurses, clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend UMC if you want trusted care for your family.
