My son Zackery got rushed into emergency for low oxygen. His nurse named Lora was amazing. She was so kind and thoughtful. She was so helpful and great with my son. Thank you for making our night and day easier. Thank you for ur compassion amd big heart ❤️
What can I say without using 4 letter words? They proffesionaly waste your time. Schedule operations for 9am.. you'll sit until 2pm waiting for the procedure to begin. Billing couldn't get my insurance strait for 3 months. I still get full bills without insurance, though I'm fully covered. My toddler's cancer diagnosis was a nightmare. We sat in the waiting room, waiting for the Dr for 1.5 hours past the scheduled appointment time. She wasn't even in the office the day we were scheduled. 0 of 10 stars. We have been through Children's twice now. Once for surgery and another visit where we were admitted for in patient testing. The Drs are all very professional and keep us updated every step of the way. All staff is efficient, friendly, and has a great disposition with children. Our daughter has been in great hands here, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing specialty care.
This hospital has no respect for families came down with my wife and my step.daughters father for my step daughter to have surgery and wasn't allowed in any of the rooms with them during the time. families have split parents and it's perfectly normal hospitals need to accommodate for this their is no reason that my 4 year old step daughter had to go without me in the room with her when she wanted both her dad's an mom with her during her surgery and recovery. The worst hospital ever, please don’t take your little babies there. They don’t take care, they don’t attend your phone. Because of their medical negligence my little Niece is dead. And they don’t give any reason how it happened, nobody is there to explain anything. because of this my sister lost her baby.
