Such an amazing experience getting my adenoids out. All of the doctors were so so amazing and kind, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They explained everything they were going to do and were so friendly. Greatest hospital ever!

To any of my friends needing to take their child to a hospital never go to dmc children's hospital in Detroit. Troy was sent there by ambulance on Monday afternoon due to a high fever of 105.7 his oxygen level was low he was exhausted. He had not peed at all not eating or drinking anything. His pediatrician wanted him to have a chest x ray to rule out pneumonia and to get put on iv fluids right away. So happy with the service all around here. I drive from Flint to have my son looked at. And let me tell you it was worth it. My BIGGEST complaint is their gift shops dont have clothes in them no sweat pants, pajama pants, or t-shirts not even a tiny selection. This includes Harper's gift shop the shop in DMC is still not open for business.

Worst experience ever!! My son had a scheduled surgery yesterday, when we checked in it was completely unorganized and the woman at the desk was so incredibly rude when we asked for help. We waited a half hour before we asked again where to sign in. We were told to sign a paper that was on a desk, ONE HOUR later still no one even checked the paper. We then asked again and were told to sit tight, finally we got called back but with again an insurance issue that was not our fault. Then taken up to preop where we waited another... read more
