I have been trying to receive my child’s medical records for over 3 weeks, left several messages and still have not heard anything from her doctor or staff members. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Love my child's physician, but the frontline service here is horrible! You guys need to redo your staff and get your phone lines together. Why would you transfer someone to a phone line that is not working? This is so unprofessional. The reason I am still coming here is because we love our pediatrician. I hope the office manager or administration view these reviews and improve their service.
