The receptionist could have had a better demeanor. The hour was late afternoon so she could have been over the fact of being at work for the day... so I get it but her attitude comes across as very distasteful. The other staff that I encountered there after was great at Children's Hospital in Southfield Michigan. Dr Watson is very knowledgeable and it shows that she truly cares for her patients and the well being of them.
I have been to this location 2 times. The wait was not bad at all. Quite environment
I made a speech therapy appointment for my son in September 2023. Today it is snowing really bad out of nowhere but we didn't get a call to cancel so here we go traveling 1 hour to get to this building. The email wanted us here at 845 am for his 915 am appointment. We got here at 830 am. BUILDING EMPTY NO CARS AND INCHES OF SNOW UNTOUCHED! No one called to say they were cancelling or nothing! I called all the numbers on that auto line and NOBODY COULD TELL ME ANYTHING! We waited 6 MONTHS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. VERY UPSET AND ... read more
he really good Dr. but they are so slow omg this crazy
Had an appointment at 1:30pm no doctor in sight waited until 1:55pm and asked to reschedule if doctor didn't show up. Imagine getting there early to be on time just for the doctor to never show up. I would have waited if the staff told me he was running late but more than 30 minutes is unacceptable. Parents please stop going here if theere not respectful of your time.
