This past week I had my second very bad experience with Children's ER. My son got a cut on his leg, the provider spent 20 seconds cleaning it before she stitched it and he ended up with a raging infection. He was very nervous about the stitches and I suspect she was annoyed with him and just wanted to be done. I stressed several times that he cut it in standing water and we weren't sure what had cut it. His Children's pediatrician is wonderful and took care of it, but I won't be returning to the ER.

Thank you too All the staff at children's hospital. My grandson Damien came in yesterday for an ultrasound they found appendicitis. Needless to say he had surgery 2hrs later. By 7:30 in his room and ready to eat ice cream. I stayed last night with him and by 12pm we were ready to go home. Thanks again for all your help. The best experience by far with a hospital that I have ever had.
